Terms and Conditions

All parts manufactured and sold under the Adapt Lab LLC are designed and manufactured with the intent to increase vehicle off-road performance and are not intended for use on public streets. Due to the nature of racing, all variances in conditions and use cannot be foreseen, and therefore the safety of any person associated with the use of our products is out of our control and we cannot be held liable for said event or any product failures due to unforeseen events or improper use or abuse when using products manufactured or sold by Adapt Lab.

Modification of any vehicle by installing parts manufactured by Adapt Lab LLC could alter the vehicle’s on-road performance in the event of a crash, resulting in bodily harm or property damage. In purchasing any item from Adapt Lab LLC, the purchaser hereby assumes full responsibility for any property damage or personal injury that may occur while using products manufactured and sold by Adapt Lab LLC. Adapt Lab LLC will not take responsibility for personal injury or property damage arising from usage or failure of parts manufactured and/or sold by Adapt Lab

Tracking

 

Adapt Lab sends an email with tracking number for every order placed with a valid email address. Tracking is sent*TO EMAIL USED DURING CHECKOUTdirectly via the carriers. 

 

Please check your spam folders if you do not see an email with info about your order in your main inbox. Contact us if you have any issues with your tracking.

 

Shipping

Adapt Lab ships via USPS and UPS, if you need an order shipped internationally please contact us first to work out the best options. Please email at Support@adapt-lab.com or contact us via Facebook or Instagram messenger. Some of our products are made to order so please be patient as we get your order reading.

 

In Stock: Orders will be shipped out within 24 hours of order recieved

 

Special Order: Special order items on average take 2-3 weeks to be shipped out.

 

 

Warranty

Due to the nature of our business and the use of our parts, all of our products have a 1-year limited manufacturer defects warranty. If you have any questions regarding a warranty issue please do not hesitate to send us an email.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

NOTE: Regardless of reason for return, the purchased item MUST be sent back and received by Adapt Lab before a refund or replacement is issued.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@adapt-la.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In the event that the product is defective or damaged, Adapt Lab may issue you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

NOTE: Initial cost of Shipping is NOT Refundable

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, we do not accept returns on electronic items, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and merchandise such as clothing and hats. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
